Introduction of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020

Labour formulates the backbone of any society. In developing countries like India, the same is especially true, wherein a systematic and transparent approach is of utmost importance.[1] In pursuance of the same goal, the Industrial Relations Code, 2020[2] were introduced into the Indian system.[3] The code has been created because of the evolving requirements of the modern Indian workforce and is aimed at the overall benefit of both the employees and the employers as well.[4]
